This Golf Villa location has breathtaking ocean views of Molokai, the ocean-side village of Napili and the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Designed with central air-conditioning, covered carports and ample visitor parking, the Kapalua Golf Villas make for a perfect getaway for a couple, or a group of four. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Located on the property are four pools/recreation areas, barbecues, and a covered seating areas for guests to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.   Your team was very responsive to issues with the unit. After a stressful first night with the air conditioner leaking water through the ceiling onto the entry tile, the visit was fine. This particular unit, compared to other golf villas I have stayed in, could use some fresh paint and updates.

  The unit was poorly maintained. The odor of mold was very strong. The shower in bathroom did not work, but they did repair it. The toilet seat in 2d bathroom was unstable. Great views.

  We had a nice week at Kapalua golf villas. The unit was clean, but needed a little paint. The lanai was large and perfect for morning coffee. Our biggest disappointment was that there was no safe beach access. No way to get to the ocean without climbing. The pools are great, clean, easy access. But I like to put my toes in real ocean. Thanks to the office staff for help and suggestions. Palsied, 19T4 is easy for seniors; no stairs to carry luggage up and down. Thanks for a nice week.
