This beautiful townhouse condominium features limestone floors and bathroom tile as well as granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. The condo has a Large screen 52-inch HD TV's with blu-ray DVD players and surround sound can be found in the living room and master bedroom along with a 42-inch HD television in the second bedroom. This unit has air-conditioning throughout the condo.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.   Our time at Kahana Sunset A5 was wonderful! We have stayed here for several years running and, as usual, our visit was excellent. A5 is beautifully decorated and the views are spectacular. The condo was clean and well maintained. Sullivan Properties was responsive to any request we may have had and the folks maintaining the grounds were great - especially Junior!! I would certainly recommend A5 to anyone considering a stay at Kahana Sunset. I would maybe consider a curtain for the slider on the ground floor for evening privacy.

  Townhouse with two bedrooms with ensuite bath. Master has nice deck.2nd bedroom is small. Kitchen has pots and pan, dishes, ect. Kitchen has been stripped of everything else. Not even a grain of salt. Unusual. Stacked washer/dryer in kitchen work well. Kitchen needs kitchen faucet replaced. Furniture is nice. We did not use TVs. Small lania has a table and 4 chairs. Lania has a electric awning which is nice in afternoon sun. The grounds are well maintained. Nice pool and sunning area. Ealk down steps to the beach. This in a nice small condo and beautiful area. Condo needs updating but very usable.

  It is the 2 time we went to kahana sunset, we rented unit A4 and A5 for 9 nights.Unit A4 is a lovely and well taken care place whis a new kitchen and all the amenities you need and more , Bedrooms and bathroom are nice and clean. I absolutely recommend that place. A5 was not the same ,the kitchen is old and stock sadly, the pits and pan's are old and not usable, Handel's faling of ,no proper lits old used and dirty amenities. The place needs work,A/C is noisy ,screen door falling out of frame. And the list goes on. If taken plenty of pics and videos as prove.
  I complained to Sullivan and they refunded 1 day of stay.
  I payed over $13.000 for 9 nights for the 2 apartments $6500 each ,bud the different between the apartments are day and night. I would book A4 again

  The location and access to the private beach are amazing. Our unit had some issues with the upstairs air conditioner leaking. Maintenance had to come out twice and they were quick to respond. It appeared to be an ongoing issue and there was a smell of mildew once the air conditioner was on.

  5 stars for location! - beautiful property. Private beach. Nice beach chairs. Beach is a little small but never felt crowded. There was a sink hole in the common grill area but seemed contained.
  3.5 stars for the living space. Felt a little dusty - baseboards etc. needs an upgrade. Beds were ok. Bedding was very crisp and clean.
  A/C leaked in primary bedroom. They were fairly quick to respond to fix. All A/C units kept the place nice and cool.
  We love Kahana Sunset complex and have stayed at several units. I’d stay in the complex again! Beautiful views! Great grilling area! Lots of turtles. Left with great memories!

  Amazing location and great place for kids since the beach is in a cove where waves aren’t huge. Inside we had problems like WiFi not working in certain rooms, difficulty with the tv working at times, had our pop tart get stuck in the old toaster they had, the upstairs guest bathtub wouldn’t plug, etc. nothing looks like it’s been updated in years and things like the beds aren’t super comfortable. That being said, the location was incredible as well as the views, beach, beach, and pool was nice.

  My title says it all. The description of the condo A5 was NOT the truth. Its not updated. Every sock on everyone, I mean every single sock was filthy from walking on the floor and carpet of the condo. For the price we paid, it should of been cleaner. You should once in awhile wash the floors and carpet. We never went outside without shoes so it was dirty in the house. You can't just vacuum floors. The master bedroom floor was so dusty too. The two nice things are that the grounds were kept pretty nice (except ladders underneath the steps)and when we had a leaking air conditioner we called and they were able to fix it right away. But we would not stay in A5 again as it just wasn't worth the money at all. When we asked about the upgraded description the Sullivan person we talked to said it hadn't been upgraded but by then it was too late to change. They said they would give us our money back but it was to late. They lied about the upgrades. Sofa chairs were dirty. Floors very dirty. No upgrades in years/ Sullivan knew it too. That was wrong. Those pictures were from years ago.

  Rental process was easy. Condo is pretty tired. Needs some paint and refreshing. Pots and pans are hodgepodge and low quality. Dishwasher and air conditioner leaked. Dishwasher wasn’t fixed during stay. Master bedroom mattress is old and hard. Only provided “starter” supplies such as TP and Soap. First time I’ve had to purchase body soap and TP on a vacation!

Paying the premium price for direct front wasn’t worth it , the photos must be old. We would definitely stay at Kahana Sunset again, but a different unit.
