Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

Unit B1B has been completely remodeled to include new appliances and every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen includes a spacious 12 foot granite counter top with seating and views of the pool from outside our family room complete with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also an additional stone patio outside the master bedroom that provides more outside living space to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical gardens of the property and breathe in the ocean breeze.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

This resort’s prime location on the beach in Kahana is perfect. With no neighboring resorts, you truly have the ability to relax and unwind. For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  Great vacation. This unit is a bit outdated - but it was clean, and had all the amenities needed for a good vacation.
  The AC unit was challenging to get working properly- but after contacting management, they helped give instructions and also provided a fan to help the air flow- we appreciate the prompt help from management.
  To e unit had some boogie boards- left by prior renters- this made it fun for the grandkids! This resort is great- family friendly. It’s our 4th time staying at this resort!

  We arrived after dark and we didn't know where to park or where our uint was. One of the worker's helped us with our luggage and parking the car. His name is Junior and he was wonderful!!

  We are two octogenarians (one local and one not) and good sports and managed well and laughed a lot enjoying the aged property. Fortunately
  we could grab the odd thing from the local's Ohana. The decor and furnishings except for the exasperating tv, were functioning. It was great!

  The property itself was in good condition, other than a showerhead that needs to be repaired. The Kitchen was not clean with several Pots and Pans needing to be washed before we used them. Kitchen Utensils were very limited. We didn't ask for any assistance from Sullivan Properties, but would probably choose to stay at another Condo in Kahana Sunset rather than go back to B1B,

  Our 10th stay at Kahana Sunset, the location could not be better. The staff was great as always. The unit was very clean but starting to show its age. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the small tv in the living room with a larger set and move the small television into the bedroom. We’ll be back.

  Nice ground floor condo on the end. Right across from the pool. It had a large kitchen which was nice. Bathroom was updated. King bed in the bedroom. I think the linens could use an update but the bed was very comfortable. AC in the unit which was really great.

  The one Bedroom condo was roomy and comfortable for a couple and could have accommodated two children on the couch bed. All of the kitchen amenities we needed (except only 4 forks) and a washer and dryer were available. The property has a spectacular sunset view and a beautiful small beach and reef-lined cove suitable for snorkeling with the turtles if the sea is calm. The exterior showers are good for removing any sand, etc. before relaxing in the lovely pool surrounded by well-manicufred grounds complete with plenty of quality grills and lounge chairs. We highly recommend the property and and will return again, hopefully soon.

  Had a wonderful time staying here. Access to the “private” beach is great. Had some large surf when we were there but were able to do some good snorkelling on the calmer days.
  
  Having such close access to the pools was great. Kids would go swimming while we made dinner usually using the great bbq near the pool.
  
  Condo is well equipped with pots and pans knives etc. beds were comfortable even the pull out bed which seem to be a queen size. There were a few beach items available, beach chair umbrella boogie board. And there was some more stuff available from the condo that previous guest had left.
  
  Would definitely look to come back some day.

  We were disappointed with the cleanliness of unit. Dirty dishes in cupboard, fan blades extremely dirty, mold in shower, grout needs deep cleaning, landscape needs to be trimmed as view is diminishing, lots of bird droppings on walkway (we cleaned ours)

  The condo was great for the 2 of us. Location was perfect since we love listening to the ocean and we like that side of the island. BBQ’s were a nice perk outside and we used them every night. Staff was great. Ground immaculate.
