Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

This resort’s prime location on the beach in Kahana is perfect. With no neighboring resorts, you truly have the ability to relax and unwind. Onsite amenities include free parking, swimming pool, beach and barbecue grills. The resort is within a 10-minute drive of 3 championship golf courses. Watch the whales, listen to the surf hitting the shore, and enjoy front row seats to spectacular sunsets with colors that change second-by-second, all while relaxing with your favorite beverage!

For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!

  We have stayed iin several of the Kanaha sunset condos. This one was unfortunately the worst of them. There was a dead cockroach, food from prior renters, very poor internet, lack of good cooking utinsils, doors and cabinets that needed adjusting, and an overall lack of cleanliness. In addition this was the most outdated condo we have stayed in.

  Wonderful stay at Kahana Sunset C4. We loved the large lanai and the beautiful property. It was a great location to explore more the north west area of Maui and it resort itself was friendly, clean and wonderful. Our condo met all of our needs. There are some nuances with the kitchen and we noted there was one cockroach that scooted underneath the sink so you may want to check on that.

  Sullivan properties did a terrible job managing our stay. It turns out it was never booked it to begin with, even with a follow up email. So, we didn’t have a place to stay after leaving our first location. They ended up putting us in a condo that was dirty, hot, and had ants in our daughters bed. I am highly disappointed. Kahana sunset was gorgeous, but the handing of the reservation and the B7 condo (very poorly maintained) was a huge let down. We spent thousands of dollars to have such a ****** experience. Good thing maui is so gorgeous and kept us out of the condo and entertained. I will never book through Sullivan Properties again.

  Very enjoyable! Comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, hop skip and a jump to the lovely beach cove on the property, which dip in the perfect-temperature warm pool afterwards! Lots of good walks in the area, including to a few shops and restaurants close by. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

  Kahana Sunset is a beautiful place to stay. This is my 2nd time there, and I'll be back in February again. The unit we had was not as well equipped as others, but we made do with the kitchen. Sullivan properties did bring out a knife set right away when we told them that we had no steak knives, and replaced the smoke alarm when it malfunctioned.
