D5 offers guests a relaxing place to vacation while enjoying the comforts of home in a lush, tranquil, beachfront setting. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinets, full sized fridge, full sized dishwasher, glass electric cooktop, microwave, and countertop convection oven. It comes fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with its own hot water heater. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making our layout perfect for families or two couples traveling together. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin, and the living room sofa has a queen fold-out. The in-unit safe can hold a large laptop. There are two TVs, a stereo, and a large video collection for your enjoyment. Covered parking is conveniently located right outside the front door.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc. firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area: Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.   The floors were filthy and left our feet black. The kitchen knives were rusty.there isn’t a normal oven and the countertop oven was so small it was almost useless. We had to air the place out for an hour or so before we could use it, it smelled awful. Other then these things, kahana sunset is amazing but I would never stay in this unit again.

  The location was amazing. The property was amazing and the location was great. The unfortunate was the unit wasn’t very clean. Plus the bed pillows were very old and should be updated.

  This was a perfect two weeks at Kahana sunset. The condo was situated in a perfect location. Loved that after a long day of activities on the island we could back up right next to the unit without having to haul our things too far.
  The view from the unit was beautiful and loved sitting or laying on the lanai, looking out at the stars at night and grounds and ocean during the day. Had everything we needed to make the trip complete. All items needed for cooking and bbq at sunset. Better seat than any outside restaurant dining right at the condo site. Beautiful! And of course the turtles and our own beach. Pool was perfect size to cool off and relax
