Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within a mile of Kahana Sunset. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!

Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are fantastic.

  We had a wonderful family reunion- renting 6 units July 9-16. This unit met all our needs. It had all the amenities. It took a bit to open up the unit and get some Good air flow- we requested a fan that helped- the property management helped and were prompt at bringing a standing fan. This unit has a beautiful ocean view.
  There is a very nice kitchen in this unit. The property is great- small private beach, adult and kids pool, beautiful landscape! I would totally recommend this property and the is unit.

  We love staying in D7. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and can hear the waves which are soothing. This condo is exceptionally maintained and beautiful. We always have such a wonderful time. We have made some wonderful friends that also go yearly at Kahana Sunset. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs and very open dining and living room downstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoy staying here!

  The view from the condo was beautiful! You could see the pool and garden area and of course the beautiful ocean and sunsets. We are a family that removes our shoes before entering. After walking across the floor our feet we totally black! We had to get someone to clean the floors again. The condo needs a major cleaning! Other than that, our trip was lively!

  This place is fantastic! We loved every moment here. The entire facility is very clean, staff is very friendly and courteous, and the location is great. We loved the view from the apartment, the pool, and the ease of access to the ocean. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and well equipped.
