Napili Bay is without exception one of Maui’s favorite beaches. The crescent-shape beach is located just north of Kaanapali and about 1 mile from world renowned, Kapalua. Napili Bay is known for its golden sand, amazing colorful sunsets, snorkeling and gentle surf. Dolphins sometimes drop in and you can watch them play! During the winter months, the whale watching is mesmerizing. From snorkeling with the sea turtles on white sandy beaches with pristine waters, or taking in the beautiful views while whale watching from the Kapalua coastal trail, this property is central to immense beauty! This property is also just a few minutes from Kapalua and Kahana for more dining pleasures and just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

The Napili Bay location has breathtaking ocean front views of the island of Molokai. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, or simply the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai.

This property sits on the 2nd floor of a two story building that is situated directly on the sand of Napili Bay. This unit is an original vintage studio with a equipped kitchen and balcony that look directly at the great Pacific. Watch whales, dolphins and turtles right from this condo! There are washers/dryers available on property. With just a handful of condo complexes on Napili Bay, you will enjoy a low population density at this location.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are wonderful for any special occasion. Honolua Store, the Pour House and Taverna are a little less pricy for amazing tasty cuisine. Neighboring Napili town also has a selection of restaurants. Enjoy dining oceanfront at Gazebo or the Seahouse! Cultural flavors of a wide variety, a wonderful coffee store and more are available at the Napili Plaza along with a grocery store, Napili Market. Kapalua Bay Beach was labeled “best beach” by Dr. Beach in 2018. Enjoy snorkeling in these calm pristine waters. Oneloa, Honolua and Slaughterhouse are also amazing and just minutes away!

  We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here. The room is described as "vintage" and that suits us just fine. We don't need updated cabinets or appliances. What we look for is the view and this unit provides it.

  Our first impression was not great. The first thing that happened is the key box would not open and when it did open the whole thing fell apart. That was just the beginning of many surprises. when we walked into the room that was completely closed up with no air conditioning it was about 95 degrees. We had been told after our final payment that there was no AC. Our fault for not asking I guess. Seemed like a strange time to devolve that fact though. As we were opening everything up in hopes we could cool it down enough to sleep we discovered The balcony which was right on the beach that we love. That was the high light of the room. There was so many things about this room that were disappointing but the view was not one of them. The locks were disfunction and alway challenging. The shower went from hot to cold and there was no way to tell which was which. Every thing in the room was in ruff shape. Places that looked like there was blood on the walls and cabinet peeling and rusty faucets. Im sure it was clean but you could tell by how old everything was. The room was well equipped but I did't want to cook there. After 2 nights we decided to rent another room close by to sleep, cook and shower. Would come everyday and use the beach and balcony. Noticed that other rooms were updated. Hope they do the same

  Unit needs updating. Freezer iced over. Bathroom shower fixtures and faucets were antiquated and kept leaking. Two of the three sun chairs are broken! Sliding door lamenent peeling off. Dresser drawers need painting. Lani door needs replacing as well. Owner needs to do some work.

  Go to Costco and buy a new Tommy Bahamas umbrella they are only $34. The umbrella in the unit is cobbled together I was surprised it was in the condition it was in. I am sure it can be replaced with a proper working umbrella.

  This condo was 100% for me! Absolutely PERFECT! It was safe, quiet, peaceful, and had the BEST view of Napili Bay a person could ask for! The interior is Hawaiian-style-beachy and it’s stocked with whatever you may want and need, and it’s VERY clean. The balcony is the best part; it had a plethora of beach items (chairs, a boogie-board, pool noodles, etc) leftover from previous guests and had a bit of a lifted floor so you could easily sit in the balcony chairs and enjoy the whales and the spectacular views. Yes, the place could use a little updating but that certainly is not my priority. The location is amazing and there is so much activity in walking distance. Loved, loved, LOVED my stay here and would definitely book again when I return. Thanks for the great experience, Napili Bay 204! Thanks, also, for the very warm welcome; I LOVED entering the condo only to find bright light, open windows, the sound of the surf, and Hawaiian music. Such a personal touch!��

  This was our 2nd stay at Napili Bay and the 1st time in a beach-view unit. The beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and only a few steps away. We loved our recent stay so much that we have booked a 3-week visit for next year. There is a small mall with a grocery store a 5-minute drive away.

  The location is awesome. We’ve stayed at Napoli Bay Resort a couple of times before and love what the resort has to offer, such as laundry room, grilling area, and beach. As for the condo itself, we have no problem with retro decor. We do, however, have issues with staying in a place that is falling apart. This condo is in desperate need of repairs. Both the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. The door to the lanai is being held together with duct tape. The jamb in the front door is rotted at the bottom. We had friends staying at Napoli Point, we were a little embarrassed to have them come visit. We would recommend friends to stay at Napili Bay Resort, but just not unit 204.

  Couldn't ask for a better location on the Maui West Side. This unit has everything you would need but nothing matches and that is OK. Our time is spent on the beach or the Lanai. We will be back!

  Yes, this condo is outdated. But if you can look past that, this is a great value for the location. The photo of the beach is exactly what you get, it was amazing and is only steps away. Nice snorkeling from shore, saw several sea turtles. Water calm enough for young kids to play in. The lack of ac did not bother us at all, the front and back of the condo have louvered windows which let in plenty of breeze and there is a large fan. Pull out sleeper sofa and bed were comfortable. We walked to SeaHouse restaurant (make reservations in advance for dinner and be sure to check out their happy hour also), Kapalua Coastal Trail and Merriman's restaurant. Liked that Napili Plaza was a 3 minute drive and frequented the little grocery store there several times (best pineapple, spam musubi and coconut mochi) and ate at Maui Tacos and Joey's for dinner there. Good on site parking. Unit was clean. The sliding bathroom doors did stick something awful, we stopped using them after the first day. On site laundry (you can only do one load at a time, though) was nice, change machine on site for quarters. A couple of grills and picnic tables available, were utilized every evening by larger groups. Lots of families, not a party crowd when we were there, quiet in the evenings. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Would rent this unit again and highly recommend to others.

  Walk to beach, snorkel , walk back to deck, relax, get warm, back to snorkeling- repeat. I don't know if the location can be beat. My wife and I hope to stay there once a year. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

  We needed an additional condo at Napili Bay for a family vacation and booked this unit. Incredible location as it is steps from Napili Bay. However, the condo doors were not functioning and rental agency was aware. When balcony doors and bathroom doors do not open properly it is a hazard and should be fixed and renters notified and listing updated to state unit doors aren’t functioning. Dated which is commented on in listings but nothing on doors not opening properly. This unit has one window that has been sealed off versus open which was not listed and restricts air flow as there is no A/C. Would not recommend.
