Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within walking distance from the Sands of Kahana. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. Captain Jack's Restaurant on property serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a great Happy Hour! Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor.   Sands of Kahana condo 353 is beautiful with amazing views. The interior is not the latest style, but it is clean and comfortable. Roomy and has everything you need. You're going to spend all your time on the patio anyway. Exterior windows could use a cleaning but that's the only negative of the stay.

  Very nice location and view is great. Spacious 2 bedroom corner unit with privacy and a dual master like second bedroom. Furnishings are dated but still okay. Deck and window glass has not been cleaned I awhile. And deck lounges are old.
  The deck was very dirty when we arrived but Sullivan had it cleaned after we contacted them.
  Overall very nice stay.

  We have stayed at SOK many times so we were familiar with what the unit should look like. Being as it is an owned unit, they have done a beautiful job with the decor! Loved all the “beachy” touches and artwork. There were upgrades-lanai ceiling fan, closet ceiling fan, the extra kitchen utensils/cookware/plates/storage containers along with beach chairs and a cooler that were nice to have. It appeared freshly painted and furniture was in great shape. Loved the floor tile throughout instead of carpet. We always bring our own spices and baggies but the unit did have tinfoil, baggies and some spices left by other renters. There was good communication and both check-in check-out was easy. We used the bbqs-always a struggle to light, but maintenance helped us out with that. Ate at Beach House onsite a couple times. The food was yummy and service perfect! Also had dinner at Hula Grille at Whalers and ordered pizzas from Dollies-always a hit with the family!! We had 4 littles under the age of 6 traveling with us-those families were in other SOK units-so we didn’t do any excursions. Playing on the beaches/in the ocean, teaching them how to snorkel and hanging in the kiddie pool was plenty enough activity for them. Overall this unit was great! Two recommendations: clean some of the drinking/wine glasses that have a film; not dirty just a film. The fix for that is to dip in vinegar and rewash for sparkling glasses. Also, I would remove the blankets on the beds. The weather is so pleasant sleeping with a top sheet is enough coverage. Obviously these are very minor notations and would not stop us and shouldn’t stop anyone from renting this unit. We had a wonderful visit and would gladly stay in this unit again! Aloha!

  Completely wowed by Sands of Kahana #353.
  The view that greeted us when we opened the door was amazing. This condo has everything. Two beautiful bedrooms with balconies and ocean views, two en suite bathrooms with ocean views. A spectacular living room beautifully decorated in Island style elegance. The lovely kitchen has granite counters and warm custom cabinets and stainless appliances. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed with anything you need for cooking, barbecuing, Sunset cocktails on the lanai or entertaining friends. Would definitely return!

  We had a wonderful 10 days at 353 Sands of Kahana. The condo was in a great location (right on the beach), was immaculate and well furnished through out, including the kitchen. Sullivan Properties was easy to deal with and very proactive in their communications throughout the process and stay. We'd come back to this condo in a minute.

  The condo was nice and was great for two couples. Each had their own lanai, master bedroom and bath. The views were incredible. I was very disappointed in the support from the management company. There was almost total indifference to assisting us. The fees they take do not align with their level of support.
