Located in the charming town of Kahana this phenomenal resort styled complex includes a wide range of exciting amenities including an Ocean Front Heated Pool , Parking is $18.00 a day plus taxes, Fitness Center, Free High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi), Concierge, Meeting Rooms and Beachfront Access(seasonal). Along with access to all complex amenities this unit features beautiful oceans views from a Privet lanai, a Full Kitchen, and Central AIR CONDITIONING! Other amenities of this unit include 1 King Bed and one queen sofa sleeper, Hair dryer, Private bathroom, Shower/tub combination, 43-inch flat-screen TV. Kahana is centrally located and a short drive to ALL major West side Maui areas such as Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua! Enjoy dining, shopping and nightlife all within a 10-15 min drive. Royal Kahana is also conveniently located across the street from Kahana Gateway Shopping Center which includes a general convenience store, Maui Brewing Pub and Restaurant, and Snorkel Bobs.

• Guests will be asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. The fee is $18 per day+ tax.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within walking distance from the Royal Kahana. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. In less than a 5minute walk, enjoy Maui Brewing Company’s locally made beer (and root beer!) along with a fantastic menu. Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store. Guests will pay parking fee directly to the front desk when they pick up their parking passes on property. Parking is $18 a day for all bookings.

  Perfect studio on a budget!! Very clean, newer furnishings. Large refrigerator, comfortable bed, and the best AC! The host was so helpful and got us in right away at the last minute when the initial resort we were at, lost it's AC. Plenty of soap, lotion, paper towels, TP, kleenex, shampoo, and cream rinse! Plus 2 samples local coffee for the coffee maker. Note pad and pen along with nice tote bag cooler gift which we used on the beach several times. We watched whales daily off of our large private balcony. The only downfall is no direct access from the property to the beach. I was able to figure out how to walk through the adjacent property south and then to the beach. Also2 doors down is an amazing little beach bar and grill with excellent food! Also probably the best pizza on the island is across the street.

  It was good and view from the room was fantastic. We watched whales jump every morning while we ate breakfast. The condo faces North East so the sun never really blast the room, but you still get the ocean view. The pool area is great. We watched the sunset from there every night. I only have two knocks on the place at all. There was a leaky pipe in the wall that caused a minor inconvenience, but the onsite maintenance fixed it right away. The other thing was that the AC was broke and we didn’t know until we arrived on site. It was fine, but I would have liked a little warning.

  The unit was nice and reported problems were swiftly and competently taken care of by the Sullivan staff. Nice people to work with. My husband was a little disappointed that beach access was closed. Resort staff cited safety concerns. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we saw lots of whales and a pod of dolphins. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

  We stayed for 6 nights and felt reluctant to leave. Breakfast on the lanai watching pacific ocean waves. Sunset at the pool side. Walking down the street in morning to see surfers at action in a nearby park. Close to the popular beaches and snorkeling spots.

  It was our anniversary. We had a nice stay. The only drawback the condo vacation rental we stayed has no dishwasher. The W&D machines are a plus, Very close to beaches, Lahaina /front street, restaurants. Very convenient location. Our condo had an ocean view very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay
